Taking care of our first responders and military veterans is my top priority. We are a female veteran owned mobile food trailer and caterer. Meet the Team

Founder and Head Caterer

Tracy is a local Carroll County, MD resident. She is a Veteran and prior Law Enforcement Officer. She loves everything about helping out her local community and fellow HERO’S.
Sales Director

Arch resides in Carroll County, MD with Tracy. He is a local HERO himself, serving in the Vietnam War. Arch served in the US Army as an Infantry Officer for 29 years. Say hi to LTC Galloway while he sells merchandise to benefit our locals HERO’S.
Catering Director

Christy is an inspiration to the whole program. She is Tracy’s sister and the brains of it all. She also owns and runs a pizza shop in Atlanta, Ga. She is married to a HERO herself, her husband Alex, is a firefighter/paramedic in Georgia.
